  • We invite you to join our Menopause Wellness Group, a supportive and confidential space designed for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause. This group will provide education, shared reflection, and practical tools to support emotional, physical, and mental well-being during this stage of life. Together, we will explore topics such as hormonal changes, stress, sleep, mood, self-compassion, and strategies for feeling more grounded and empowered.


    The group will run from February 19, 2026 to April 2, 2026. Please note there will be no session on March 19 due to March Break.

  • Please note: Spots are limited to 12 participants. Payment must be received by February 12, 2026 to secure your spot. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A waitlist will be maintained, as we plan to offer this group again.
